I’m going into business next week as a solo practitioner on California’s North Coast, an area blessed with mile after mile of redwoods, rugged Pacific coastline, energetic entrepreneurs, and — of immediate interest for a transplant from Minnesota — mild winters. I’m focusing my attention on Humboldt and Mendocino Counties. But I’m still a native Minnesotan, and still an active member of the Minnesota bar.
